Every Christmas day will always be the day of Christmas presents. And those present will be more fancy with some colourful ribbons. There are many types of bow ribbon, like a grosgrain ribbon flower bow, lace applique bow, twill ribbon flower bow, etc. But we don't have to be able to make so many of them, right? Just a few and it'll be worth it. So, we’ll give a three DIY to make your pretty bow for any decor or purposes.
Lace applique bow ribbon. This one is pretty simple from others.
a. Prepare a lace, and a skinny ribbon with 25 cm length for each.
b. Then, form the bow shape by looping the piece around, and sew or glue together where it joins.
c. Next, loop the skinny ribbon around the centre of the loop by joining the same place and same way as the lace loop.
d. Pinch the two fabric loops together in the middle, and form a distinctive bow shape.
e. Sew or glue the pinched part in place. Attach a small piece of ribbon around the centre pinched part.
f. Then glue a clay embellishment or any embellishment onto the middle ribbon piece. You can always grab some clay charm embellishment from craftymood.com.
