1. Vanilla ice cream

A flavour no one can’t say no, vanilla ice cream is everyone’s favourite. And for a summer heavy heatwave, this flavour is a perfect thing to complete the hot day.

And to make this homemade vanilla ice cream, you’ll need 1 ¾ cups of heavy cream. 1 ¼ cup whole milk, ¾ cup sugar, 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, and optional toppings, like Oreo, strawberry, or any topping you like.

The instructions will be quite similar to any other ice cream recipe, pour the cream into a saucepan and add the sugar, vanilla, and salt. Warm in the medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and pour into the ice cream maker. Then chill it in the freezer for a better texture, once it’s ready, serve with the additional topping.

2. Cream and cookies ice cream

A perfect combo to melt the hot away, the cream and cookies ice cream has such nice texture to give some crunchiness for every bite.

For a perfect cream and cookies ice cream, you’ll need 1 ¾ cups of heavy cream, 1 ¼ cups milk, ¾ cups sugar, 1/8 tsp kosher salt, 1 tbsp vanilla extract, 20 chocolate sandwich cookies (quartered). Then whisk the cream, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla. Pour the mixture into the ice cream maker. Scatter the cookies in different layers of the ice cream while scooping the ice cream into the container.

For any coffee lovers, the hot summer may give an extra reluctant to sip a hot coffee. So, why not with coffee ice cream for a hot day.

Yup, and you’ll need 1 ½ cups of whole milk, ¾ cup sugar, 1 ½ cups whole decaf coffee beans, salt, 1 ½ cups of heavy cream, 5 large egg yolks, ¼ tsp vanilla extract, ¼ tsp ground coffee.

Warm the milk with sugar, coffee beans, salt, and cream until the sugar dissolve and let it steep at the room temperature for about 1 hour. Filter the bean with a mesh strainer. Reheat the mixture and slowly pour the heated mixture into the whisked egg yolks. Whisk constantly and then heat the mixture until it thickens for about 10 minutes. Then chill and process in the ice cream maker.

A perfect summer treats with a refreshing, sweet, and easy recipe for anyone who loves homemade ice cream.

And, you’ll need 2 cups of chopped strawberries, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups of heavy cream, 1 cup whole milk, ½ tsp vanilla extract, and salt. Then mix chopped strawberries with ½ sugar and set for about 15 minutes, then blend it in a blender or food processor. Combine the mixture with heavy cream, whole milk, vanilla extract, salt, and remaining sugar. Then pour the mixture into ice cream maker and serve it while it’s chill.

5. Chocolate ice cream

An incredibly easy recipe to give a sweet taste of chocolate ice cream for everyone likes.  

You’ll only need 2 cups of heavy cream, 1 can sweeten condensed milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2/3 cup chocolate (melted). Mix the heavy cream with condensed milk until the mixture thick and stiff peaks. Then add the vanilla extract and stir it well. While the melted chocolate still in a liquid base, pour the cream mixture little by little, and mix well. Work fast before the chocolate stiffen. Once it is mixed well, pour into a container and store it in a freezer.
