And to make this homemade vanilla ice cream, you’ll need 1 ¾ cups of heavy cream. 1 ¼ cup whole milk, ¾ cup sugar, 1/8 teaspoon fine sea salt, 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract, and optional toppings, like Oreo, strawberry, or any topping you like.
The instructions will be quite similar to any other ice cream recipe, pour the cream into a saucepan and add the sugar, vanilla, and salt. Warm in the medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and pour into the ice cream maker. Then chill it in the freezer for a better texture, once it’s ready, serve with the additional topping.

Warm the milk with sugar, coffee beans, salt, and cream until the sugar dissolve and let it steep at the room temperature for about 1 hour. Filter the bean with a mesh strainer. Reheat the mixture and slowly pour the heated mixture into the whisked egg yolks. Whisk constantly and then heat the mixture until it thickens for about 10 minutes. Then chill and process in the ice cream maker.

You’ll only need 2 cups of heavy cream, 1 can sweeten condensed milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 2/3 cup chocolate (melted). While the melted chocolate still in a liquid base, pour the cream mixture little by little, and mix well. Work fast before the chocolate stiffen.
