How much does international shipping cost and how long will my order take to get there?

For EU and USA
Shipping will be calculate base on weight at the checkout
Clays order only without fabric - order over £100 get FREE standard tracked usually arrive in 5-7days. During festive season please allow up to 4 weeks.

Where is my order?
Once your order is ready you will received a email to say it’s been dispatched and which service it’s been sent on. Please check your spam folder as sometimes emails can go in there.
With RM strikes your order may be delayed.

Mostly orders are arriving on time but please allow for delays and I cannot give you a rough estimate of when your order may arrive. I apologise for any potential delays and I’m here to try and help where I can to ensure your order arrives to you.
Royal Mail do not consider a UK parcel to be lost until at least 13 working days (Mon -Fri)after it was posted. Therefore I cannot replace a lost parcel until then. No refunds can be given for delayed items.

International orders are sent Royal Mail tracked. You should be able to track your parcel’s journey here. I am not responsible for any duties or customs owed or for any delays due to customs.

What about payment, currencies and exchange rates?

Payment by Paypal , we're UK based. Purchases on the website can be securely paid via PayPal, Credit or Debit cards. All payments are processed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
International credit card providers or banks out with the UK will determine their own exchange rates and might also add an additional processing or administration charge that the card holder will be liable to pay. We do not have any control over these exchange rates or charges and our advice would be to check with your bank if you are unsure about exchange rates prior to making a purchase which will be shipped via international delivery.
Brexit
Please be aware that custom or import fees may now apply and vary by country. The buyer is responsible for any fees due and Crafty Mood are not responsible for any custom delays. For more information please contact your local government website.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order and always aim to provide accurate descriptions and quality products.
All items on this website are supplied for resale, personalisation, or small-business use, and are therefore sold under business-to-business (B2B) terms. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the 14-day “change of mind” return policy do not apply to these orders.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty or has been supplied incorrectly, please contact us hello@craftymood.com within 7 days of delivery at here with photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Other Returns (Goodwill)
Returns for any other reason may be accepted at our discretion. In such cases:
- The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Once received and inspected, a refund for the product cost only will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Personalised, pre-order, made-to-order, and sale items are non-refundable unless faulty.
Please allow up to 5 working days from the date the return arrives back with us for your refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued via your original payment method through Shopify.
